Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Bahrain, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.we do not cover shipment return fees.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can cancel your order if shipment process has not yet started at our warehouse. If orders have been processed for shipping, cancellation request will not be entertained. This does not mean, you cannot cancel the order forever. Cancellation of the order after shipping, will be treated as “Returned Order” and procedures applicable to “Returned Orders” will be followed. 

STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am to 10pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.


LOCAL DELIVERY

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an SMS within 3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Orders placed before 2pm during store hours [10am to 10pm] will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a call.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the Gulf countries. 

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an SMS within 5 working days to let you know your order is on the way!


REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at growfashionbh@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
